I am happy that I have finished a new version of the Physics-Live CD 1.0. It is based on Slax 5.1.8 and Slackware 11. This version contains XFCE 4.4.0 desktop and many additional softwares such as bluefish, octave, gdl, viewmol, garlic, abinit and chemtool. Please klick here to see all the softwares.

I have fixed some bugs and added some simulations. The current version of physics-live cd is physics-livecd-0.1.2.iso. Now there are  11 simulations. Many more simulations will be added. I have also added ab-initio program MPQC and Gabedit and molecular dynamics program GROMACS.

I am glad to announce the availability of minimum version of physics-live cd (physics-livecd-mini-0.1.2.iso). This livecd contains only physical simulation programs and some essential programs such as firefox and gimp. I changed the window manager from xfce to icewm.

I have also created a general simulation program called emwave2d .
